Yours. The site is published on your own domain, registered in your name. If you already have one, we use it; if not, we help you register it — always under your name.
Yes. Since your properties, photos and rates live in the PMS, switching templates doesn't mean re-entering anything: the shell is redesigned and the content reconnects. It's quoted as an adjustment, not a new project.
Your domain and your content are yours, and you take them with you. What depends on the PMS is the live booking engine — availability and rates — so that part would stop working, but you never lose your domain or your site.
No. HostFlowLab never charges a booking commission, on any plan. You pay the project (or the monthly add-on) and hosting; if you charge online, the payment gateway charges its own fee, which isn't ours.
Not yet. The site already shows real availability and rates from your PMS, and online checkout is on its way: as soon as your gateway is live, the guest books and pays without leaving the site. Until then the site takes the enquiry and you confirm the way you do today.
