Built inside
a real operation.
HostFlowLab wasn't born in a corporate office. It was born on the beach, inside a property management operation that needed to leave Excel and scattered messages behind.
It started with a website
HostFlowLab is built by Jair Villarreal from Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It all started with a website Jair designed for Samara Rentals: direct bookings grew so much the operation was overwhelmed — and bringing order to it became his next job, managing reservations for dozens of properties every single day.
Looking for a channel manager that could keep up, he tried several. None solved the whole operation: calendars drifting out of sync, accounting in separate spreadsheets, messages scattered everywhere. So he decided to build the system he wished he had found. Every module exists because the operation demanded it:
- The multi-property calendar came from reconciling several channels every single day.
- Double-entry accounting came from paying out owners without mistakes.
- The unified inbox came from hours lost hunting for scattered messages.
Today it's a complete PMS: reservations and channels, calendar, owner accounting, messaging, housekeeping and rates. And it keeps growing the same way: real problem first, module second.
What we believe
Three principles you can see on every screen.
Software that solves, no fluff. If a feature doesn't save a real operation time, it doesn't make it into the product.
Double-entry accounting, not a booking counter. Every payout, every expense and every owner statement balances.
